Deleting your data
Delete it yourself (instant)
- Sign in and open the Dashboard.
- Open Delete my data, type delete and confirm.
This removes your account, every connected account, all stored access tokens, automations, Comment Shield records and activity logs straight away. Copies may remain briefly in provider backups and logs until they expire.
Disconnect one account only
On the dashboard choose Disconnect on the account. Its tokens are deleted immediately and nothing else is touched.
Remove our access from Meta or Google
- Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove Genrati.
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove Genrati.
Can’t sign in?
Email privacy@psytech.ai from the address on your account and we will delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner.
