Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Genrati, operated by PsyTech. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Genrati helps you connect your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts, publish to them from one place, and run comment automations and Comment Shield. Posts and automated replies go out only after you create or switch them on, and you can pause or turn them off at any time. The service is in early access and features may change.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your connected accounts
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You remain bound by the terms of each platform you connect, including Meta’s Terms and Platform Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Terms.
- You authorise us to act on those accounts only as you instruct, through the permissions you grant. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting an account or through the platform’s own settings.
4. Your content and responsibility
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for everything you publish or automate, including that it is lawful, accurate and does not infringe anyone’s rights. Comment Shield uses automated analysis that can be wrong. In “Ask me first” mode nothing is hidden until you decide; in auto-hide mode it may hide a legitimate comment, which you can restore at any time. Review its decisions regularly.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to: break the law or any platform’s rules; send spam, deceptive, harassing or hateful content; impersonate others; bypass or interfere with platform limits or security; scrape data; reverse engineer the service; or attempt to access other users’ data. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
6. Third-party services
The service depends on Meta, Google/YouTube and other providers. Their APIs, rules, quotas and availability can change without notice and are outside our control. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your accounts.
7. Availability, changes and early access
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” while in early access. It is free for now; if that changes we will give notice well beforehand. We may change or discontinue features.
8. Termination
You can stop at any time and delete your data from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or others.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or platform account actions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish or automate or from your breach of these terms, to the extent the law allows.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. Questions: privacy@psytech.ai.
